Environmental Art

This project will introduce participants to a watershed approach and how their community is affected by or can affect the quality of the bigger environment: their watershed.

In a series of exercises using a watershed approach, participants will engage in hands-on studies of art, watershed ecology, and energy. They will perform and monitor a soil percolation test: discovering the ability and speed that the soil absorbs rainwater.
