Expanding Your Horizons

This career conference is designed to increase young women’s interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by giving seventh-grade girls from the mountains of North Carolina the opportunity to interact with female role models in related fields. Professional women scientists share STEM activities and career information with students during a hands-on, exciting, workshop-style conference. Preregistration required.
