Graduate Women in Science, Rho Tau Chapter and Durham Spirits Co. invite you to a Food Science presentation. This exciting demonstration will include an interactive portion. Participate in the fun and try food samples!

Katie Coleman, owner and chef of Durham Spirits Co., graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and has spent the last ten years cooking all over the world. Passionate about great food, great drinks, and the community, Katie and the team at Durham Spirits Co. offer culinary and mixology classes, small-scale customized catering and other professional services in a beautiful historic home in Old North Durham.

Graduate Women in Science is an interdisciplinary society of scientists that encourages women to enter and achieve success in science. The Rho Tau Chapter serves the Research Triangle Park area and was established in June 2009.
