Life is Your Lab and Your Studio...Full STEAM Ahead!

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Parent University, in collaboration with the Arts & Science Council, the North Carolina Science Festival, Discovery Place, and many cultural partners, will host an afternoon of educational and fun experiences for families along Uptown Charlotte’s Cultural Mile. The event promotes scientific study about visual and performing arts, as well as the science and technology offerings at Discovery Place. In addition to make-and-take activities at each of the sites, all student performances will highlight the scientific nature of the performing and visual arts.
