We’re delighted that you are interested in hosting an event. Remember, the last day to submit an event is Friday, April 6. Just follow these steps to get started:
- Review the mission of the North Carolina Science Festival. If your proposed event celebrates science and will be occurring April 13-29, 2012, move to step 2.
- Prepare your event details, including date, time, venue, parking, etc.
- Draft an event description of no more than 100 words.
- Click Submit Your Event to submit your event to the Festival.
- Check your email inbox for an email from us. Once you’ve verified the information in that email, Festival staff will review your submission and notify you of the status of your event submission.
- If your event is selected to be included in the North Carolina Science Festival, congratulations! Use our news release template and your customized North Carolina Science Festival Event URL to promote your event.
- Utilize the complimentary North Carolina Science Festival Event Host Kits during your event.
- Enjoy the 2012 North Carolina Science Festival!
