Interested in hosting an event as part of the North Carolina Science Festival? Festival events range from hands-on activities, science talks, tours and movie screenings to other creative ideas. These events are a great opportunity for the people of North Carolina to experience the fun and intrigue of science and to see that science is everywhere you look!

Want to feature your event at the North Carolina Science Festival? Complete the form below for consideration. Please note that festival events will be selected through a curated process. Consider hosting events that feature interactivity and maximum audience appeal.

Please remember:

• Events must be accessible to North Carolina residents.
• Events should be free to the general public (exceptions must be approved by Festival coordinators).
• You carry all responsibilities for the event, including organizing, content, staffing, etc.
• Festival events will be selected through a curated process. Considerations include content, interactivity, audience appeal, geographic diversity and other factors.

The North Carolina Science Festival will:

• Promote your event on the Festival Web site through the online Festival schedule.
• Provide your event with appropriate North Carolina Science Festival branding tools, such as signage for your event and the North Carolina Science Festival logo for web use.

If you’re interested in hosting multiple events, please submit a new “Host an Event” form for each event.
