Sodium Chloride, or salt, is a mineral that we cannot live without. Most of us love salty food and adding a little to a dish can amplify flavor. It comes in different forms, varying structures and from all over the globe. Salt is an important component of two fascinating and important chemical processes: osmosis and diffusion.
In this hands-on kitchen chemistry program, we'll explore all the above. We´ll have a salt tasting, do fun experiments, and make delicious salty snacks.
