Week of the Young Child
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us at 11:15 daily from April 9th to the 12th as we host the following activities in participation with the National Association for the Education of Young Children’s Week of the Young Child! Young learners will be introduced to STEM principles and encouraged to think like a scientist.
- April 9th Tasty Tuesday- We will create something tasty together and expand our math skills! (this program will take place at 11:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m., it is the only one done twice)
- April 10th- Work Together Wednesday- We will join our forces to build something awesome!
- April 11th- Artsy Thursday- It’s all about creating something amazing! We will use our senses to create a masterpiece.
- April 12th- Family Friday- Parent and child will engage together with activities and crafts.
All activities are free with admission to the museum. Typical run time is a half hour. Each program will start with a story at the Town Hall Main Stage.
